The mentoring programme between North Bristol NHS Trust and the Defence Equipment & Support has entered its fourth year.
The six-month mentoring programme was set up to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge that could be shared between the multi-disciplinary organisations, both to support personal development and learning, but also to aid organisation capability and performance.
The initiative has been extended to 15 DE&S project delivery colleagues, matching them with an NHS partner based on experience, interests and future aspirations.
Tim Whittlestone, North Bristol NHS Trust chief medical officer, said: 'It is great that we have been able to build this closer working relationship as a legacy of the work we did together during the pandemic, and to see it bringing huge benefits to everyone involved.'
