Multiverse works with more than 80 NHS Trusts and 50 local councils all across the country, helping to train thousands of workers in data, AI, and software engineering.

London NHS Foundation Trust is partnering with Multiverse to train workers in data tools - saving each team lead 45 hours per month.

Euan Blair, founder and chief executive of Multiverse, said: ‘We need to do away with the stereotype that public sector workers aren't interested in new technology or improving productivity. Not only is it false, it's actively harmful as it discourages people from working in the public sector and undermines trust in critical services.

He added: ‘When it comes to AI specifically, it is true that the private sector has generally been faster to adopt the latest tools, but the usage data from our AI coach shows that when public sector workers are given access they are just as keen. This should serve as a clear incentive to accelerate the roll-out of AI, provided workers have the skills to use it safely and effectively.'
