Stricter rules for online retailers selling knives will be introduced by the government, along with tougher penalties for failing to enforce them, in a bid to protect young people from knife crime.
The government is to introduce new stricter age verification checks for knife retailers and a ban on doorstep drops to tackle knife crime.
