Since 2020, Hounslow & Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust and Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have worked together under the "Better Together" initiative – aligning acute and community care for improved patient outcomes, system integration and staff satisfaction. Later this year these two forward-thinking organisations will formally join to create Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.

The Role
As the Deputy Chief People Officer, you will be a pivotal member of the Chief People Officer's senior leadership team and a key strategic leader across the organisations, working closely with the Chief People Officer to develop and implement the Trusts' People Strategy. You will also lead and manage key workforce functions to enable to delivery of the Trusts' performance goals and improvement priorities.
